* UNCAPPED: You have limitless data usage per month.
* UNTHROTTLED: Your line speed will never be intentionally made slower to cope with a high demand on the network.
* UNSHAPED: All devices or applications have full access to the total line speed at all times.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Pricing is promotional and subject to change.
- Fair Use Policy is to ensure equity of access to all users of the Broadband access service. More equitable access to all users ensures the best possible speeds and performance for the majority of its users.
- The once-off Installation fee is subject to exchange rate fluctuations. This price is negotiable.
- The once-off installation fee starts from R1,000 as the price may vary depending on the location of the clients / user’s property in proximity to the High Sites. It includes a WiFi Router for internal distribution.
- All equipment remains the property of VLAN1.
- A 30-day notice is required for cancellations.
- The equipment will be collected on cancellation of service.
** If the contract is cancelled before the specified contract term concludes, you will be liable for the balance of the discounted installation fee.
IMPORTANT: The month to month option is NOT on a “Pay-As-You-Go” structure. Your account is due every month before the 1st of the month. If your account falls into arrears, your service will be terminated and a reconnection fee WILL be charged.
